  7. Welcome to the Hours/Expenses/Miles program!  This program is
  8. designed primarily  for  sales  professionals and consultants
  9. needing to keep track of their expenses and billable hours.
  10.  
  11. H/E/M keeps track of expenses such as meals, parking,  tolls,
  12. hotel,  etc.   The  expenses  are  gathered  day  by  day and
  13. categorized according to the client that the  expense  should
  14. be charged to.

  16. Mileage expenses are also tracked in the MILEAGE MENU.  Enter
  17. the  starting  and  ending  odometer  readings and H/E/M will
  18. calculate the total cost.

  20. Billable time is also tracked.  Simply enter the hours worked
  21. and any  miscellaneous  charges.   H/E/M  will  automatically
  22. calculate the taxes and total charge.

  24. After printing out your expense report, H/E/M will ask you if
  25. you  wish  to  delete  the printed expenses.  Answer 'yes' to
  26. start off with a clean slate.
